What is your cancellation policy?
I understand schedule adjustments need to be made at times; please be courteous and notify me at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations. If you notify me less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment you will be charged 50% of the service booked. If you cancel same day or no show, you will be charged 100% of your missed appointment. You also run the risk of not being rebooked.
Clients that are more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled appointment will lose their appointment and be charged as a no show.
How can I book an appointment?
There are a few ways to book appointments. You can Hit the book now button on any of the pages, which will take you to my online booking program, Vagaro. Or you can email me at Bre@Copperhairco.com
Can I bring others with me to my appointment?
We ask that you come to your appointment alone, we are in a small space with no extra seating for guests that are not receiving services. Thank you for understanding.
Do you offer refreshments?
We do! We have a variety of drinks including water, coffee, sodas, beer, wine, seltzers, and mimosas. We have an array of snacks; we also offer cell chargers and lap desks for your computer.
Do you offer Payment Plans?
We offer Cherry Payment Plans. Please feel free to apply for Cherry now by clicking on the Payment Plan tab. It does not affect your credit, there are 0%APR options if you qualify, and you can choose the term that works best for you.

Can I bring my laptop with me to my appointment?
Yes, please feel free to work while getting your hair done. Time is money! Haha
Do extensions hurt or cause damage to my natural hair?
Extensions do not hurt or cause damage if they are installed properly. We have been certified in multiple methods and continue to perfect our craft so we can keep the clients comfort top priority!
